Patient
Here is my synopsis. Dr. Probst has been pretty good and actually spent some time making sure my medications were right. Here is my problem. I had my blood pressure pills prescription expire and when my pharmacy called to renew the medication was denied. Keep in mind to get an appointment at this office is very difficult. I called 5 or 6 times to remedy this and the phone system simply states they are experiencing high volume and hung up on me. I have switched insurance so having me come in and meet to get my blood pressure pills does no good. I have left a voicemail for the nurse and no response. I am currently without blood pressure pills and the new doctor I have after speaking to my new provider can't get me in for almost 2 months. This is clearly problematic since I am dealing with the "silent killer". At least return my phone call....Feels pretty calloused to just deny a medication that is potentially saving my life. Having a primary care doctor I should never have to "borrow" blood pressure pills from a family member because my doctor won't get back to me, epic fail.
