The clerks at the intake desk were very professional and pleasant as were the MA and physician. My stitches healed beautifully. I realized after I left that I wanted more complete instruction about caring for the wound, e.g., how often to change the dressing. If that was given verbally, I missed it. I think a handout would have been good.

It has been about 5 months since I visited with the Instacare team. I reached out to the patient feedback team about 5 months ago to let them know of my experience. After going to this urgent twice and being treated twice for the wrong issue, I told them I would be willing to pay 1 copay because the visit was pointless and a waste of money. My general doctor was the one who actually found out what's wrong and actually fixed the issue. I recieved a letter about 3 months ago saying that they were still deciding and have received no contact since.

Front desk and MA were nice. Once the Doctor saw me, I felt like he wasn't focused on what I was saying. I wish he had more eye contact with me so I felt heard and understood and I also wished he had in consideration my thoughts even though I know Doctors have way more experience than I do. I didn't feel like a patient I felt like one more number in the line to be helped. When I was going to get lab work, the nurse didn't take the time to evaluate my swollen hands and the flow of my veins so once she poked me, she made too much pressure on my finger and made it to splash blood everywhere. She acted surprised and even jokey. I just wish she showed more empathy and was more careful with her actions. I have had better experiences at this hospital with other providers.

As someone with a compromised immune system I was extremely disappointed in the service I got. The tech who checked my vitals and did blood work was very kind and did her job. However the doctor came in and barely even looked at me. He looked in my throat for .2 seconds not even giving him time to even check if something was off in there. He was in the room for a total of 1 minute and failed to even ask medical history. Assumed it was something small and sent me on my way. If someone has a compromised immune system it is highly important things are taken care of. I would not recommend this doctor for even something as small as a headache. Please do better as people are struggling to pay for these appointments and it's not okay to receive this kind of treatment. Do better.

We were in from out of town and our son needed to be seen. From the time we walked in everyone was kind, and kept us moving quickly. The Doctor was exceptional with our scared toddler and took the time to answer any of our questions! Thank you to the whole team for being fantastic and calming these two out of town parents worried about their child!
