Dr. Parker is always knowledgeable about my specific issues. He has gone the extra mile to be sure my eyesight remains the best it can be with injections and follow-ups as needed. The office also works with me to help find funding for the expensive medication. The Drive from Springville has been very worth it so far. He is also great to get a second opinion if he thinks someone else may be able to help too. Great, great doctor.

Once I got to the doctor, things were great and I got excellent care. A couple of things, if you send out emails stressing to be on time, a greater effort on your part should be made to not schedule office meetings that will conflict with your scheduled appointments. I had to wait way too long because your meeting went long. It you want me fill out forms, please send them at least the day before. Since I am here, you need to address your AI generated phone messages to at least pronounce Provo correctly! Dr. Jones and his team gave me great care.
