The staff called me and offered me to come in an hour earlier than my appointment. I was so lucky that I was able to come. So grateful for that phone call. Dr Hill is always professional and gave me options for my problem. I feel really lucky to have him as my doctor. And his nurses are kind too.

The best experience I've had, from the check in all the way until I left. Everyone had a great attitude and amazing bedside manner. The place was clean and inviting. They had a small snack area for someone who's waiting for you and great WiFi if that person needed to work while you took a nice little nap in surgery. They called the day after to make sure I am feeling ok and wanted to check if I had any questions. I also received a nice card in the mail from the staff who took care of me. This is definitely the place I'd go for any outpatient surgery I may need to have in the future, even if it is a little bit of a drive.

Sarah is so great to cover all of the points I need help with. I love that she shares research she has done helping other patients. This increases my trust in her and lets me know she'll do the same for me.

Worst first time and only time experience. Waited 2 1/2 months for an appointment. When we showed up they couldn't find the appointment said The just got a new computer system 2 wks. ago and found our appt in the old System, but Ithey already booked other appointments in our spot. We had the option to sit around and wait several hours or reschedule.. Felt unimportant, not worth the doctors time. We will most definitely be finding another doctor elsewhere. This was absolutely ridiculous.

I was disappointed with my experience with Dr. Hill. They were running late and I was the last appointment of the day. Everything seemed rushed! He was very condescending and didn't really want to listen. He would cut me off and argue with me. I literally started crying and shut down after that. My husband basically finished the convo. 30 years of pain and I just wanted some help. Someone who could talk through things with me. I left with some hi-lighted papers and feeling very defeated!! He obviously is very smart but bed side manner needs some improvement!!
