Revere Health Cardiology - Orem

I had a recent visit at Revere Health Cardiology in Orem, with Terri Lynn, PA. She is absolutely outstanding. She took the time to answer my questions and explained the things I didn't understand. I really appreciate her ability to make you feel like a friend more than a patient. The office staff are very kind and quick to assist you. It is easy to make an appointment and follow through with the text reminders and ability to check in online.

I was quoted a cash price for the services and tried to pay for them at time of service. They wouldn't take payment and said I had to wait for the bill. When I got the bill it was a lot more than what was quoted. When I called about it they said if I wanted the discount I should have paid at time of service. I told them that I tried and they wouldn't accept it. They said I could not get a discount anymore because the services provided were over 30 days. Even though my invoice was from 16 days ago. They stated I should've received another bill earlier which I didn't get. The phone representative was very rude and continued to cut me off and say that's their policy and that they get to ask the questions and all I should do is answer. I also mentioned that I tried to look up the bill earlier to pay but they just said it isn't possible to access the information where I was told previously by their team to look for my results and my bill. I reiterated several times I would like to pay my bill for the amount I was quoted in full, up front but they wouldn't listen or even try to help. Stay away from Revere! A quick lookup on the BBB can also show why you should avoid their organization.

Doctor are awesome, really work hard to keep me healthy. They listen to my concerns and we come to a decision together, that will work best for me. Always clean and efficient, love working with the staff a nurse's , everybody is always super friendly.

Dr Toby Paulson is such a great person to work with. He makes you feel like a friend rather than a patient. I love the reminders, etc. that Revere Health has automated to help keep you in check. Especially due to how busy we have all become. On that point, wait times to see the doctor are very short. I highly recommend this cardiology group to all.

Shauna Whatcott is a great listener, patient, kind and shared her wisdom of cardiology in layman's terms. I leave there knowing she's not trying to push medication or procedures but explains what is happening and why and possible solutions. My parents have gone to this office for years and I see why they are recommended.
