Patient Reviews

Patient

Dr. Ruth showed no interest in understanding what was going on with me. She talked to me for 10 minutes, at most, and barely asked any question about my condition. I tried asking questions but she seemed uninterested and would give me general information that would not apply to me. At the end of the appointment she gave me a general recommendation and abruptly left the room. These appointments are very expensive, so it very disappointing to be treated like a number instead of a a patient with a serious condition.

Patient

I'm sure she's great as a person, but as a health care provider she was eager to rush me out the door, and didn't want to answer any questions. The ones she did answer were the same. "Wait for the MRI". As someone who's scared about a very large cyst on my pancreas, being rushed out of there was very off putting and I left there feeling the same fears as when I entered. She needs better bed side manners! I would not recommend her to anyone. I'd also like to add that she said, "you take a lot of medications." Well yeah, I have 3 autoimmune disorders. She was very rude, made me feel as though my pain is all in my head. As though the cyst wasn't enough proof that something is wrong.

I was extremely impressed with Ruth Earley and how attentive she was to my concerns. She seems particularly knowledgeable about my condition and is thoughtful in her approach to resolving my issues. Ruth treated me with kindness and respect and made me feel good about the steps we're taking to treat my anemia. She is one of the few healthcare professionals that I feel really good about and would not hesitate to refer to a friend. She's wonderful.

Ruth has always been attentive and informative with me. She's been very patient with me which i know is not so easy at times. I would recommend her very strongly to anyone who has need of good quality health care.

Patient

Zero understanding or caring of one's issues. She will put you out 6 months to not see you. Scheduling an appointment is ridiculous. She doesn't care about her patients.
