Mountain star is nothing short of top notch from the office. Staff checking you in quickly and being brought back for your appointment. Nurse Carrie is super sweet kind and caring. Doctor Annie always answers my questions and follows up with any Labs done in a quick manner I always feel better leaving but always feel like I have too many questions, but you're always put at ease that more questions are better than none.. I've been with Mountain star for over a year and a half and hope to be a long-standing patient for years to come

The staff was friendly and professional and were prompt in handling my appointment. I was quickly seen by my doctor and immediately seen for my lab work. The lab technician was able to painlessly take my blood sample and make me comfortable throughout the process. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

In December 2021, Dr. Robert Mohr prescribed his own brother an antipsychotic medication for what seemed like temporary life stress without an in-office visit, proper evaluation, or any charting to justify the prescription. Within days and weeks, John's mood and behavior changed in ways that matched the black-box warnings and serious side effects of the drug. These changes were completely out of character for the brother Dr. Mohr had known for 51 years. John was a highly stable, loving husband and father. By April 2022, those changes ended in tragedy. If you think this was John and not the medication, then you didn't truly know John. This wasn't careful or ethical medical practice. It was reckless prescribing that ignored safety and boundaries. When a doctor hands out powerful psychiatric drugs without evaluation or follow-up, it's no better than getting them from someone on the street except this time, it came with a license. I'm grateful to Utah's Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL) for recognizing the negligence and taking this case seriously. Their action brought some accountability to a devastating loss. If you're considering seeing Dr. Mohr, ask how medications are prescribed and monitored. Ask if he is aware of the potential side effects medications can cause. If he downplays these side effects, I would highly encourage you to find another provider. Choose someone who practices responsibly and remembers their oath to "first, do no harm." If you or someone you love has been harmed by his prescribing, reach out to Utah's DOPL.

Annie Bartholomew is an absolute breath of fresh air. She is capable, professional, knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend her as a Primary care physician. Her office staff are such a joy. They are professional, proficient and kind. The office is clean and organized and the waiting room is calming. All of the staff was AMAZING! I was able to see the provider within less than 10 minutes (which was so wonderful!!). THIS is how a Drs office should be. I am Extremely happy!

I love going here!! Everyone is so kind and helpful and knowledgeable!! I have loved my Primary Care Provider, Ramsey Gosselin, and I wish her well in her new position!! But I'm going to miss her. . .
