Loran was very personable. I was impressed with her knowledge and she took lots of time to show and explain what was going on with my back. She also did a great job of going over my options. The orders for physical therapy were sent before I even got home and had a chance to make an appointment.
This was my first time meeting Loran and she is very nice & patient oriented. She is knowledgeable & answered all the questions I asked her. She is kind, friendly, & caring towards the patients. I would gladly see her again.
