Absolutely beautiful, spacious facility. Staff is courteous and helpful. Up to date tech to serve all your medical needs. Works with most insurance and offer payment plans when needed for cost of services. I LOVE the wheelchair-accessible walking path around the area with the wonderful scenery. This gives patients and visitors and even staff the opportunity to take a break and get some fresh air and exercise. Also has a cozy lobby with fireplace. AND free valet parking.

I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. The doctors treat you horribly and if you dont have insurance they treat you like absolute trash. A dear friend of mine went in and the moment the doctor found out she had no insurance all she continued to talk about was "how are you going to pay for this " "I dont want to treat you if I am not going to be paid. " After that she did not receive care. They sent her home without care and without a solution or diagnosis. Shes a heart patient with an insane body rash and all the doctor cared about was getting paid. This hospital used to be absolutely amazing, but the last 10 yrs or so it has gone down hill. If this is how your doctors treat patients they shouldn't work here. We will be filing a formal complaint . Shame on you for treating people like trash and caring more about money that patients well being. And all you will do in response is say thanks for feedback. This hospital is absolutely pathetic.

Rachel and Sarah were my nurses they were incredible, and of course Dr Kyle Eliason who Saved My Life in November of 23, continues to heal me and has true compassion for his patients. I wouldn't recommend any other GI doctor but Dr Kyle.

I do not like giving negative reviews, however the way I was treated on my first and last visit demands it. This review is not directed at Dr Melville, but at his staff. The nurse comes in and does the normal vitals and asks if there are any other concerns. I said yes. I have a large lump on my penis that I would like looked at. She replied, "the doctor will have to do that", in a rude tone and left. Apparently, I somehow offended her. Shortly after, an administrator comes in accusing me of sexual harassment. She demanded that I leave and never come back. I am in my sixties and have never been so humiliated in my life. I never had a chance. I still have the lump.

I am very disappointed with the services we received when my father had a stroke during a stupid computer upgrade at McKay last weekend. We arrived at 3 am by ambulance at the same time as the switch and not one Dr could give us the help needed. I don't think the nurses could even dispense meds or anything to make my father comfortable. He received an aspirin anally, an IV with fluids, and laid in his urine with the chills until we began changing him ourselves. He had a bloody elbow that we requested a bandage for and had to ask a few times for that. We had several great nurses, that was not the problem. The problem was changing systems that weren't ready to be used and everyone was so concerned with that, rather than their patients. We were left long periods of time without any answers. They wanted to move us upstairs but there were no available beds. We took my father home after almost 11 hours in the ER to pass away at home rather than that terrible place. Once we said we would use hospice, they just forgot about us. Some may love the place, I will not be going there again if I have my choice. IHC needs to take a look internally at how they run their business. Downhill since the stupid COVID mess. Pull it together. I have heard many complaints about this place, not just my own.
