Scheduling fiasco. This appointment was canceled and I wasn't informed prior. Need to evaluate their procedures to determine effective processes suitable for patients. Spoke with manager and was assured the situation will be corrected. This should not hot happen and was preventable given good effective procedures.

Excellent care and follow-up. The staff and Drs are interested and thorough. They took extra time and effort, patience following up after my discharge to reassure me.

My recent visit to McKay Dee hospital was a positive experience during a challenging health concern. It doesn't take a business professional or someone with multiple university degrees; to recognize the organization's mission., I witnessed it in the behaviors and demeanor of every shareholder I came into contact. Each person and department in the institution was professional, sincerely cared and willing to assist with compassion. It takes a special person to work in the healthcare industry, even more rare is those who can maintain a high level of compassion . It was pleasant to interact with so many professionals who could consistently return kindness for kindness. I respectfully showed gratitude and kindness in a way that I wanted to be treated, it was returned in kind. They are in their profession because they care and don't deserve to be treated poorly. These people honor their profession and really care. Thanks to all who I made contact, it was a very positive experience.

This was good. I also had an appointment following this at Dr. Bishop's office,but when I got there they told me they had canceled it and rescheduled it for next month, however they did not notify me of the change. That is not acceptable!!!

Rich Ellis took a lot of time with me, explaining my condition, the best plan to correct the situation and other tests he wanted to have done after the initial procedure. I never felt rushed at all with him or any of the other staff members.
