Okay, so, Dr. Anderson is knowledgeable and the nicest guy. His staff is nice however their ''communication'' is TERRIBLE. I have told his nurse an obnoxious amount of times that I am 75% of my team right now and that I am working 50+ hours a week. I begged her to please please please just send me a message through the portal! Nope, she refuses or simply doesn't remember me. No joke I implored her to please respond to my message NOT call me a minimum of 5 times. The next morning, oh here is the nurse calling me, a call that I cannot answer nor can I return. I have been waiting for more than a month to get answers to my questions all because one nurse can't take a few minutes to type a message. Needless to say I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. I will be finding a new Cardiologist simply due to the fact that this one nurse will not respect me.
