David is knowledgeable and consistent in the care he provides. Professional and empathic. He has explained things in ways that I could remember and understand where others at IMC did not. He has never made me feel rushed and provided me the opportunity to advocate for myself. Out of all the providers I have seen I found him to be the most reassuring and positive. I highly recommend him as your next provider.
A simpler more direct request would be nice. Appointment was good. Provided request for refill of one prescription, should have provided Renewals for 2 more. Hopefully his office will respond to request from CVS.
