I always feel very cared about in this office. All of the office help and staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I especially love Norma Jean! She has been my pacer nurse for many years and has gone out of her way and stayed late to help me when I had problems. Dr. Otrusinik is an absolute professional and so knowledgeable. He takes the Time to answer my questions thoroughly. I appreciate his patience with my not being the best patient over the years. He too has gone out of his way to help when I had problems. I like his friendly handshakes and warm smiles.
