Very pleased with check in and getting in the room. Initial testing set up an IV very good. After 3+ hours it was like we had to try to get somebody To get back with us with findings and what was going on with me. several people out in the hall we're doing absolutely nothing but they said it wasn't their job to get back with me. Pleased with the test and the findings. But felt I was there over an hour more than I needed to be with no one seeming to care because it wasn't their job.
It was my first appointment with Dr. Garrett. I left that appointment with a great feeling of having a doctor who cared.
From the front desk greeting to the doctor's assistant and Dr. Garr it was welcoming and I was put at ease immediately. I was a wreck meeting a cardiologist. I was thinking the worst. Dr. Garr and I made a connection with our bad runner's knee.
