Cindy W. Tom, MD

Dr. Tom is an exceptional cardiologist and definitely was key in my still being alive and doing well. She is also kind, caring, and professional.

Dr Tom was great. She answered all my questions, was very pleasant, could tell she was very concerned about my health, set up the necessary tests, was very knowledgeable and explained the situation to me until I understood it. Also referred me to a structural cardiologist which I really appreciated!

It would be a 5 except for the signage in the hospital building; it took asking for directions twice before I could find their suite. Dr. Tom and her support staff were wonderful. She is very patient answering questions and has a cheerful personality.

If I could give 0 stars I would. She was the rudest, most dismissive doctor with the worst bedside manner I've ever seen. She took none of my complaints or symptoms seriously as she thought I was simply "too young" to be having them. She talked so fast and didn't even listen to anything I was saying.

It was okay experience. She did a lot of talking at me instead of asking why I came in. It seemed like she just looked at my chart as she walked in and prescribed me another pill which i don't want. Used several analogies but I already new what she was talking about. Prob will switch
