Toby Paulson, DO | Cardiology

I'm giving 1 star only for Dr.Paulson's staff. Dr. PAULSON is fantastic! He is knowledgeable, patient, thorough, professional and willing to listen and figure out problems. His staff is awful. The blond woman at the front is rude, dismissive and all together mean. I was with my granddaughter who was told that she was having a tilt table test but when we arrive, we discovered it was just a consult. My daughter, mother of my granddaughter, was out in the waiting room when she over heard the blond woman criticizing us and telling another coworker how she wished people would pay more attention to what type of appointment they have. She stated how everybody that comes are there are idiots. Other patients in the waiting room heard. My daughter was humiliated and hurt. When it came time for the actual tilt table test. No one from the office called to give instructions for preparations. We had to look it up online. When we arrived, the tech that called my granddaughter's name look at me and said very rudely, "You can't come!" I understand that but, it could have been said without rudeness and condescending attitude. Again, I will say the the Doctor himself, WONDERFUL! His staff....sucks.

Doctor Paulson is an amazing doctor his assistants however are so incompetent and don't even know what they are doing. I've been going here for almost 2 years and the assistants just keep getting worse I asked them too send all my lab work to a different doctor and they sent over just a few of the labs they did twice and still didn't get it right.

We were referred to his office by a patient of his and he needs to have a sit down with his staff about being professional and not talking about other patients in the front, you don't know who is sitting the in lobby!! I guess he is always running behind as well so patients should be scheduled appropriately!

Dr Paulson is one of the most efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, kind and thorough providers i have ever had acrosd disciplines. I have Lyme, Bartonella, Babesia, EBV, CFS/ME, mold toxicity, dysautonomia, and POTS. Referred to him by another great provider.

I have been everywhere from the Mayo in Arizona to Cleveland clinic in Ohio UofU all over this state and told I can't help you. This man spent over a hour listening then over another hour on computer looking at history and what to put me on and get me off! I love that he Doesn't push the pharmaceutical's and steers towards supplements. He listened intently truly cared 8 years looking for this had given up hope. 24 labs pulled that's more than my Dr and internal medicine Dr has done in a whole year!! I can't say enough good things about this man more than a Dr! You're welcome to look at my ratings I'm honest and have no problems telling it like it is to save people time and money. Mr Paulson is worth waiting for even if you have to wait that means he is listening to his patients! You don't find that anymore. I highly recommend this Doctor!!
