Revere Health Family Medicine - Lehi Willowcreek

What started out as a physical exam spiraled into a diabetes diagnosis for someone non symptomatic who was described as "5-10 pounds overweight but otherwise everything looks great" the day before. Revere refused to give lab work results over the phone and required another office visit, billed at MORE than the original visit, to be told "time to lay off the pastries and donuts" and recommend a medication that was over $900 per month. We never received a call back from the doctor when requesting other options from the pharmacy. After declining their nearly $1,400 in add on tests and electing to get a second opinion we have received hundreds of dollars in bills spanning over an 8 month time frame from this office. They have billed under other providers that were not covered by our insurance and their billing department has been less than helpful or empathetic. You would be better off going literally anywhere but this office and dealing with their rude comments, slimey business practices, and excuse after excuse of broken promises.

Pretty frustrated with the doctors and billing department here and we don't plan on coming back. Wife came in for facial pain and the doctor told us that wasn't his specialty and so he gave us some pain meds and sent us on our way. We were able to get the problem resolved with another doctor but fast forward we got a huge bill because the doctor coded us as a dental visit and so our insurance completely denied it. I've been trying for 4 months+ to get it resolved and the billing department is trying but seems pretty clueless on what to do. Eventually it just got sent to collections and so now we are fighting that while still trying to get this resolved. Still can't get ahold of anyone who knows anything.

I've gone here 3 times (unfortunately for me) in the last couple of months. It's consistently been an amazing experience. Carissa, Brooke, and Spencer have truly been exceptional. It's love that it's both a family practice AND an urgent care. Spencer especially might be one of the most personable and attentive PA's I've worked with. Wait times are never long. It feels clean. Tests are quick. Insurance/billing are a breeze. Very good impressions so far!

Very disappointing care out of this facility. We have brought our kids here multiple times in a pinch when they have been sick. We have never seen a doctor. Always a PA that seems less than excited to be there. All they want to do is give you meds and move on to the next person. On two separate occasions, they have misdiagnosed us. Kids had Croup once and pneumonia another time, and they told us, "It is probably strep." Here is an antibiotic.

Morgan is my families primary care doctor. She does a great job. Old review: Went in at about 7pm, their computers were down as was their X-ray machine. They let us know upfront so didn't waste our time. They were super friendly!
