Utah Cardiology

Not knowledgeable. Not kind. No empathy. I left the appointment defeated. The PA I saw spent most of the appointment just saying I can't help with that or contradicting herself. It was a waste of money and time. There are doctors in cardiology that deal with pots I don't understand why she couldn't answer my questions or at least point me in the direction of someone that could. I have since had my questions answered my neuro and have found a cardiologist that can help but that was an experience. The only thing she offered to do was change my meds and with the way she behaved through the appointment I didn't trust her enough to let that happen.

I've been seeing Eric Littlefield-PA at Farmington, Utah Gardiology for a myriad of issues: orthostatic, hypotension, & pulmonary hypertension. He's taken care of all my issues NO DR JARGON, OUTSTANDING BEDSIDE MANNER!!, sometimes even starting the testing while on your initial visit! I come with an actual list on my phone. I've actually handled him the phone & he goes over all my issues. He discusses not tells what the plan of action will be. He is NEVER in a rush to get to his next patient, until all you questions are satisfied! I tell you this so you can choose the BEST CARDIAC CARE!!! Eric Littlefield is your man!!! 5 stars isn't enough!!!

The administrative staff, MAs, and receptionists here are very rude and impersonal. You feel like an inconvenience instead of a patient, often treated like a number with little acknowledgment. I wore a heart monitor for two weeks and was told to call a number if I needed help changing the patch. Instead of support, the MA warned me I'd be charged if I didn't return the cheap phone--making it seem like the device was more important than my heart condition. When I did need help, the number wasn't a 24/7 service as promised, and reaching someone was difficult. At my follow-up, I hoped for better treatment but was again met with rudeness. The MA was short, demeaning, and borderline discriminatory. Patients here are treated like a burden, not people seeking care. My heart especially goes out to seniors visiting this office--please, Utah Cardiology Farmington, treat them with compassion and respect. Thankfully, I've found another doctor's office.

Before you let anyone do any procedure on you be sure that you know all of the risks. I had a cardioversion and I have bad shoulders. I had to have a reverse shoulder replacement and my other shoulder is re-torn. The Dr.s don't beleive me but I have a (very reliable) article about the risks of a cardoversion. Never coming back the Dr's aren't nice. It has nothing to do with money I just don't want someone else to go through what I have. up to a year to recuperate.

I have been seeing doctors at this clinic for just over a year now. First starting off with a 2 week heart monitor. They sat me in a room and slapped it on my chest told me to call the number in the case to set it up then took me out to the lobby. I didn't even see the doctor or receive any helpful instructions. After the first week to change the monitor I had welts in my chest from the adhesive. When I called to ask about some treatment cream they refused. I ended up going to an urgent care to get some. Afterwards I received no call with results and was told to schedule for them. I still have not received them to this day. After that I did a stress test and was scheduled for it on a day my doctor was NOT in office. I have now seen 3 separate doctors here and received sympathy or answers from NONE. Each has looked at what the last one said and guessed based off of that. The front office staff is a 50/50 bet. Some are great and others not so much. Each time I try to schedule they schedule with the wrong doctor or they are rude when I ask for specific days of the week. They always seem so put out and do not pay attention when you need to schedule. Not to mention if you are more than 5 mins late they refuse to see you. Things happen people are a little late. I have been dismissed and gaslit by some of the doctors and staff here and I have finally come to my senses to go elsewhere.
