I will NEVER bring my child to this center again! She has seen Dr. Naguo and honestly we do love him as a doctor but the office is crap! The receptionist there are a joke. Never helpful. This is not the first time I have had problems with this office! Please save you the stress and time and find a place that cares!

I've seen Dr. Nagao for two different health concerns. Both times he was very professional, concerned, friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait long either time, including the appointment he was willing to squish me in even though he already had full schedule. I highly recommend him!

The nurse Brie is always so sweet and professional, as can be said for most of the staff. Built a good trusting relationship with Doctor Nagao, I always feel like they're doing their absolute best to help me and do what's best for me.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Lish for over 25 years. In the rare occasions when he is not available, we have also been seen by Dr. Nagao, Kelsey, and Dr. Watkins. We are always treated professionally and cared for promptly. I would recommend anyone from Medical Arts Center Clinic.

The receptionists are a joke. Im on a medication that requires an appointment every 3 months for refills. There has been more then once that I have called to make an appointment, leave a message, and never hear back. And by the time I actually get an appointment scheduled after calling multiple times I have ran out of said medication. Cold turkeying yourself off meds because the receptionists cant figure out how to do their job is unacceptable. The last time I called, left a message (twice), got a call back and I made the appointment. However, when I show up on the date & time of the appointment I get told I have missed it by multiple days, and they will have to reschedule. But the dr is booked out, so I have to be going through medication withdrawals for a whole week. I show up again, and am told I dont even have an appointment made. Wait multiple days more before they can get me in again. This time I called, left a message (3 times over multiple days), never heard back, finally they call me back after my mother calls (im an adult. Does it really take mama bear coming out to get service?) and gets upset with them. But they couldn't fit my 5 minute appointment in until 2 weeks later. At that point I was already out of my meds. Its a joke. I cant help but feel like if those meds were preventing a life threatening condition they would sooner see you die from it then do their job to prevent it. Im fine going elsewhere. If anything im excited to be done with their BS.
