I had a medical procedure at this location in June 2025. Shortly afterward, I received a text message with my balance, so I immediately called Revere Health's billing department to request an itemized bill for my medical services. I explained that I would pay once I received the detailed bill. Instead of providing it, they sent my account to Mountain Land Collections without any prior warning or notice. I did not even learn that my bill had been sent to collections until I received a text message from the collection agency in September 2025--only three months later. The reason I never received the itemized bill was that they had the wrong address and ZIP code on file--an error on their end. As a result, I was denied access to the documentation I specifically requested, which is protected under both federal and state law. Considering that studies suggest as many as 8 out of 10 medical bills contain errors, I had every reason to request an itemized bill to verify the charges. When I called again, the billing manager told me my only option was to pay in full, once again without any explanation of where the charges originated. This was incredibly upsetting and unprofessional. Rather than honoring my request for an itemized bill, Revere Health chose to send me to collections. Now I am forced to deal with Mountain Land Collections to resolve my balance. Do they really expect patients to pay an arbitrary amount based on a text message--with no breakdown of charges--and then punish them for asking for clarification? This has been a deeply unpleasant and frustrating experience. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the State Department of Health and the Insurance Commissioner.

Came into the AF office on 6/10 standing at the counter for over 20 minutes with a receptionist right next to me head down the entire time working, not once did she ask if I needed help. Finally I asked if someone could check me in and she ignorantly said "oh you didn't say anything, I didn't know you needed anything". I reminded her that was her job. Not to mention she's sicker than a dog sniffling rubbing her runny nose snot everywhere, totally gross! Wear a mask if you absolutely have to be at work, there's way too many elderly people with weak immune systems that come here.

I rarely complain about anyone, but Dr. Ling is the most irresponsible doctor I have ever seen. Every time I have to wait outside for 20-30 minutes and the meeting with her is only 5 minutes. The important thing is that she is always in a hurry and will not listen to you finish your words. This is really a very bad doctor. Her assistant is also very bad. I doubt whether they are like this to everyone or just discriminate against me because I am Asian. I hope you are a real doctor who can really help your patients. I will not recommend anyone to see a doctor here. Don't waste your money and time. Find another good and real doctor.

The front room staff were great, lab staff were also amazing. That's the only reason it's more than 1 star (I wish 0 were an option). Dr Ling rushed through my initial visit, didn't listen to me at all but immediately offered me a weight loss prescription without knowing what other prescriptions I was already on (I'm not even obese, I'm just overweight!) After waiting in the room for 20 minutes (35 past my appointment time) our time together was maybe 20 minutes, and she was on her way out the door while I was still talking to her. Her assistant after the appointment was equally as dismissive but where the doctor seemed rushed the assistant seemed irritated to be there doing her job. She didn't listen to me when I was telling her my prescriptions and doses, I had to correct her several times. I received a prescription for birth control almost immediately. Except I'm already on birth control and don't need a new one. Second visit I asked the doctor about the birth control prescription. She was very confused on how that happened. Second visit Dr Ling was better, seemed to listen to me better (still with an undertone of rushing through) but I still didn't feel comfortable in being able to express my health concerns. She did give me good information based on bloodwork, and was generally much better the second visit but still not good. Her assistant was worse at the second appointment. Again, bad attitude, seemed annoyed to be talking to me. Asked me what pharmacy I use, I told her but she was already walking out the door! She then sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy (the names don't sound even remotely the same so she couldn't have misheard me). Absolutely the worst pair of health care "professionals" I've ever encountered.

Had an appointment today Thursday August 15th with my 90 years old father...yesterday they sent me a text to confirm the appointment...today when I got there the receptionist told me that I didn't have any app..so they rescheduled...they don't understand how difficult is for my father to walk...no sympathy at all.....And I was right I have the text to prove it...
