I've seen her once. She was professional, listened and understood the concern. What's convenient is she can do many of the diagnostic tests in her offices, both on Hilton Head Osland and in Bluffton. I next met with her Physician Assistant to go over results and next steps. The office staff is helpful and kind. We are fortunate to have many high quality specialty doctors in this area.

Zero stars actually. I had Dr. Balchandani as my assigned cardiologist after having an SVT (high rapid heart beat) episode, which was very scary. From the first time I saw her, she was rude, impatient and seemed annoyed with my questions. She also put me on two medications that gave me a severe reaction and landed me in the emergency room twice. Both times the doctors in the emergency room were very surprised she put me on both of these medications at the same time and said no wonder my body was in total chaos. Her suggestion when I told her about the symptoms I was experiencing after seeing her was to "eat more salt" to prevent my blood pressure from dropping. All doctors in the emergency room I saw after her suggestion thought her suggestion to eat more salt was ridiculous. I saw her three times and she was rude and uncompassionate every time. I changed doctors as soon as I had the energy to do so. Horrible bed side manner. Don't use this doctor. There are much more compassionate, intelligent cardiologists available.

All of a sudden they dropped both my husband and I. Staff was not courteous, and always had to sit and wait for long periods of time. Unfortunately this is a terrible example of poor Healthcare in Bluffton, so very disappointing.
