I recently had the privilege of visiting the Cleveland Clinic, and I can confidently say it deserves every bit of its stellar reputation as one of the top hospitals in the world. From the moment we checked in to the final check-out, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The organization and professionalism displayed by the staff were remarkable. Every process was seamless, and the facility itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's clear that everyone at the Cleveland Clinic is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. What truly stood out to us were the doctors. Their expertise is matched only by their incredible bedside manners, making us feel listened to and cared for in a way that is often lacking in other hospitals. My wife's life has been significantly extended thanks to the compassionate and skilled care she received here, and for that, we are eternally grateful. We wish the Cleveland Clinic continued success and hope that more hospitals take note of their exemplary practices. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely the best experience I've had with any medical institution, if it wasn't for Dr. Ilia Itin and his keen eye in my 2nd opinion review, I would've never received the proper care that I needed. I would've continued to be stuck in a system of General neurology with a "wait and see" moto. I can't thank him enough for reviewing my case and asking me to come see him. Dr. Itin, Thank you.

ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT! Don't fall for the name and the hype. It is unfounded! And don't waste your time. Very very average at tackling complex cases, except for a very small number of speciality physicians, whom you can count on one hand... Others are very average at best... Was matched with an EP who was not thorough at all! Travelled all the way from the Northeast coast twice, this doctor took four months of my time, was woefully disorganized, failed to perform any significant secondary or tertiary investigative work, did not examine any of the red flags and applied a purely superficial approach before telling me, "oh you are protected by your cardiac device", so I will refer to a heart failure specialist and will see you in six months... Demand to be matched with a physician who is thorough and if they don't know who, take your time researching and finding out, because not doing so, will cost you lots of time and lots of money. Time during which the ailment and related symptoms will keep progressing... And forget about filing a complaint as any follow up information concerning resolution or corrective steps are kept in house. No firm process to inform the patient as to whether or not the issue they encountered was resolved/remedied... This place, when it comes to Electrophysiology care, is a farce...

Waited over 6 months to get an appointment to see the cardio specialist Dr. Ghobriel. Two days before the appointment they called and cancelled, no explanation... next available appointment is 8 months from now... I have been in and out of the ER so many times... and can't even get a refund on the hotel I paid for in Cleveland. So disappointed in Cleveland Clinic.
