My appointment, originally scheduled months ago, had already been rescheduled multiple times since February. Despite this, I received no call, text, email, or message through the Healow app about any changes leading up to today's visit. I took time off work and drove 30 minutes each way, only to be told in the office that the service I was scheduled for isn't even provided there. This lack of communication and coordination is incredibly disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience. I understand that schedules can change, but clear communication is essential--especially when patients are rearranging their lives to attend appointments. I would appreciate clarification on what happened and how similar issues will be prevented in the future.
