I have been a patient at this office for 1 year, I have seen the doctor only 2 tines in a year and was suppose to see her every 3 months, 5 appt were made by her office and all five cancelled by that office for one reason or another, now I have to wait till Oct too be seen, this is no way to treat a patient in my eyes, I do not want to see a PA, I want to see the dr who put me on this medication.
Dr. Mary is going to save my life. She is treating me for obesity in a caring, intelligent and strategic way. Dr. Dagen takes time to meet, encourage and discuss my positive steps and then gives me more "HOMEWORK" .
My wife had the worst experience at this office. We will never be back. She called and was told what time to come in for her appt. She came in only to wait on a woman to check her in. Once checked in they told her she was late and would not be seen. Essentially blaming her for the issue that was directly caused by the check in lady who was talking and telling a story to another patient instead of doing her job. My wife was ill and was turned away in the most rude and unacceptable fashion. This is not how you treat people. In addition, you won't see a Dr. at this office anyway. It is all PA's doing her work, the Dr. isn't ever even in.
