Patient
Phone reception was disinterested and not helpful in any way. The girl presented a confrontation disposition to a simple request. The PA refused to listen to me "the patient" when I tried to describe the symptoms and current condition; and when asked if she had time to discuss the detail of my condition she said no. She referred only to the notes and would not consider anything beyond the notes. Further she was at best condescending while being totally oblivious to the condition of her patient. Needless to say I will have nothing to do with this office in the future.
