Maiden Choice cardiology, my experience with them was incredible not only did they treat me wonderful but they fit me in to get looked at at a time that I needed them the most. They took the time to place me in with an appointment that was needed due to my surgery due date. The doctor was extraordinary helpful and thorough with my prognosis. I would recommend Maiden Choice cardiology to everyone.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dr. Sirisha Donekal I had an extremely poor experience with Dr. Sirisha Donekal. My 80-year-old mother had an appointment with her at 2:30 PM. My cousin took time off work to accompany her, and they arrived at the office at 2:10 PM. Upon arrival, the staff checked them in and asked them to wait in the waiting area. At 2:40 PM, a staff member--who had initially received my mother--came over to inform her that Dr. Donekal had left early, assuming she might not show up for her appointment. This was shocking, as my mother has been a registered patient for months and has never missed a single appointment. The staff member then offered to have Dr. Donekal speak with my mother over the phone. If Dr. Donekal had truly believed my mother wouldn't attend, why did she leave at 2:00 PM when the appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM? And why did the staff check her in at 2:10 PM and have her wait, knowing the doctor had already left 10 minutes earlier? At no point did the staff mention an emergency or any valid reason for Dr. Donekal's early departure. Instead, my mother--being a kind and simple person--agreed to the phone consultation. During the call, Dr. Donekal made inappropriate, unprofessional remarks about my mother's general health, advised her to continue her medication without proper consultation, and falsely claimed to have previously called my mother, though no such call or text was ever received. This experience raises serious concerns about the integrity of this office. The staff knowingly scheduled and checked in patients despite being aware that Dr. Donekal would not be present. Due to this negligence, I have reported her to the Medical Board of Physicians and the Department of Healthcare Quality at the Department of Human Services. Based on my experience, I cannot give Dr. Donekal even a single star, as her actions directly impacted my elderly mother's health. After posting my honest review, I received a phone call from Dr. Donekal's office manager, asking me to remove my review and forget about the distressing experience my mother endured. When I requested a written apology, he refused, stating that only a verbal apology could be given. I am deeply concerned about how many other patients may have suffered similar neglect under Dr. Donekal's care.

I've been coming to Maiden Choice Cardiology with Dr. Donekal for several years. Dr. Donekal is very good at explaining everything clearly, is kind, and she has a compassionate approach. The office staff is efficient and very pleasant to work with.

This clinic is very professional and patient focused. The front desk staff are always welcoming and extremely kind and helpful as well. The doctor always listens carefully and will not rush the visit. I highly recommend Maiden Choice Cardiology!
