The entire staff from the front desk to MAs at the Decatur office all provide outstanding customer service. Dr. Schneider is also very professional and friendly. My visits there have never been disappointing. I am really grateful that my waiting time, in the waiting area and in the back room, are not extensive and so timely. I can always count on great conversations of laughter with the staff. When leaving my office visit, there is a huge smile on my face!
