Patient
My dad was Dr. Ahuja's patient for more than 10 years. I could say he's a good doctor , but the staff are not doing a good job in scheduling appointments, lately they've been cancelling and rescheduling appointments without informing us. Like today , I requested a day off from work just to accompany my dad for the appointment but they didn't bother to call us that they are cancelling the appointment because they didn't get the referral from PCP. I called the PCP office & they said they sent it. Then the lady in the front desk said even though they received the referral they will still rescheduled my dad's appointment because office will be closed at 1:30 pm. My dad's appointment is at 1:40 pm, if office is closed at 1:30 pm why they didn't inform us ahead? All the the patients that came for afternoon schedule were rescheduled & didn't get notification. HORRIBLE!!!! Too bad Dr. Ahuja is a good one but I will definitely find another doctor because I'm really disappointed.
