UHS inland valley medical center

I cant say enough about this hospital. My husband was transported here by ambulance with a serious heart issue. The entire experience was great. From the ER to admittance and after care was perfection. They attended to his every need with compassion and attention to detail. His doctors, all five of them were amazing. A special mention for Chris, his RN on the second floor. He was perfection and cared for My husband better than I could have done myself. I was never worried about him. Hospital was clean and staff very kind and accommodating. We have traveled the whole country and have seen a few hospitals, this one, by far, THE BEST.

Called all the way from Georgia asking about a family member and the ER rudely hang up on me more than once. But I am Sure they already have a bill Please retrain your employees for the appropriate customer service and to show some kind of empathy towards their patients is not all about money . At least be a hypocrite and act like you care about your patients . Worse ER ever !
