Dr. Patricia L. James, MD

Dr James waiting room is not Handicap friendly. I was there today with my wife and there was four patients with walkers one patient in a wheel chair. You could not move around because of a large glass tablet in the middle of the room. I spoke with the Office Manager Michelle she agreed with me but said it was up to the Doctor. I ask her to have the Doctor call me. Michelle told me the Doctor would not call me but she would inform the Doctor of this matter !

Best doctor, NP & PA and staff I have ever been too! As long as I am in SoCal I refuse to go to any other doctor. Staff is incredibly helpful and return calls promptly. Highly experienced and knowledgeable doctors. Highly recommend!

I wanted to go to Dr. James because I heard she is a good physician. I scheduled an appointment with them over two months ago. I gave them my insurance information. Medicare/United Health care when I scheduled. They just called me 3 days before my appointment to cancel because they are saying UHC is coming up as primary. I need to call and have them fixed it. Really! They are telling me this now. They want me to wait another two months. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and was a receptionist and insurance coder. I have never treated our patients like her staff has treated me. They don't see to give a s**t. Shame on you Dr. James for having such a incompetent, uncaring staff. I don't think so. I cancelled all together. I am sure there better physicians out there.

She is absolutely incredible. She explains everything in detail to you and takes all the time it takes. She is so knowledgeable, her experience clearly shows. She is caring and just like a doctor should be. I'm so grateful shevis my doctor.

Outstanding service. I'm a new patient and I can honestly say, their staff is incredible, taking care of me, my health and every little detail. I'm truly pleased with their genuine concern for me. Kelly is amazing and a real asset to the office.
