Horrible customer service. I'm a current patient of doctor Marc and a guy , who doesn't know what he is doing, has no manners, IMPLIED, NOT SAY, that because I missed my appointment , they couldn't set up an appointment till 6 months . That the doctor was full. He didn't even made an appointment, just said a supervisor was going to call me and hang up. Doctor is great but for this guys, do yourself a favor , learn how to treat customers or find another job

Rating based on office staff, not the Dr himself. Order for exam sent by my GP to his office on Wednesday, confirmed receipt and told two days later on Friday they would call me by the end of the day, which never happened. Now Tuesday of the following week and still haven't heard from them. Oh well glad he doesn't need my business! But if you have a serious heart problem, maybe finding a dr who is more accessible would be the way to go.

Dr Ehrich is an outstanding doctor and have recommended him to friends and family. He is caring, detail oriented with a great bedside manner. I would refer him to anyone in need of a great cardiologist.

I've been a patient of Dr. Erich for many years. I have found him to competent and compassionate. He actually listens, and answers all my questions. In addition, his staff is courteous and helpful.
