Imagine being this poorly received by your patients. Just goes to show that this practice does not care about care but more so about billing. I truly hope this gets corrected in the future. Someday the healthcare system will get back to helping people and not just there for a large pay day without helping.

I've always questioned their billing as each time I go for an office visit I have an account balance, even though I always pay at visit for that day. I was scheduled for a procedure & was told I had to pay $200 or they could not do procedure - What? (I have good medical insurance) I called my insurance while standing in front of their receptionist & my insurance said nothing had been submitted, it appeared I did not have a balance. I refused procedure. Next time I went to their office they tried to charge a no show fee. Today at home, while looking at billing statements from them, I notice top of second page has a completely different patient's information, account number, but similar last name. I do recall the doctor calling me by a different name a few times. I have had trouble with this office staff for a few years. (appt days/times, billing, not knowing what procedure was scheduled when I arrive, tests not scheduled in a timely manner) I am so upset. I AM DONE.
