No appointment confirmation call. Wrong address on ZocDoc. Told different information each time I called to inquire about my appointment. Just all around bad experience. I drove all the way out to her Humble location only to be closed. Called and was told it was going to be a virtual visit. Then called again and was told that she wasn't accepting new patients. I booked through ZocDoc and it said she was accepting new patients and I was allowed to book the appointment. I'm just disappointed over the lack of communication and organization.

I'm literally flabbergasted at the way this office handles things... or should I say doesn't handle things. I have been waiting for a month and a half for my rx to be filled. Several calls, messages, emails etc from me and the pharmacy.... Nope zelch. Then they called me today and wanted me to come in for another appointment. Why you haven't done anything from my first appointment! "We want to see how you are doing on the meds" What meds?!??! I've told you several times I've received nothing! "We have to talk about your bloodwork" From a month and a half ago??? Last time you gave the info over the phone. Well let's just say I hope my bw doesn't say I'm dying because I will not be booking another appointment through this dead end!

This place can mess up a bowl of cereal. I'm not kidding when I say EVERY time I go for a monthly refill they find a way to mess it up. You can't fill controlled substances from CVS, HEB Pharmacy, and others if script is written by this doctor or nurse practitioners.... For a reason that they refuse to explain. Started with CVS almost a year ago, so I had to switch pharmacies, have them resend to a different pharmacy which by the time it was all handled, I went without meds for 4 days. Now just last week the same thing happened at HEB Pharmacy. Pharmacy says their corporate has red flagged this doctor's practice and are unable to fulfill script. They send the wrong quantity even though it has been the exact same the entire time of me going there (over 2 years). They rarely answer the phone, and any requests you may have, you have to leave a message with the receptionist and wait a day or two for a call back, then whatever is needed, it will take another day or two for it to happen (switch pharmacies, incorrect script info, literally then just sending to a completely different pharmacy that what's on file, etc) I've never once actually seen the real doctor, only nurse practitioners that when asked questions, they literally give you a blank stare and say "I don't know". I gave my insurance info over the phone when paying over the phone for my refill visit upon first going.... Only to later find out that the info never got saved and I was paying self-pay rates for over six months, and of course no reimbursement nor efforts to make right, simply just finally saved info and said "sorry". Once, I called and receptionist answered. I was upset that they sent to wrong pharmacy, which that pharmacy was on back order with the meds I needed. Tried to explain issue and request for new script to be sent to the correct pharmacy.... Well she asked me to please hold on the line.... I waited over 45 min, happened to be passing their practice, so I parked and walked in.... Only to find the secretary packing up for the day to leave and the desk phone left on desk, with no intention of returning to my call. Countless time I've tried to call the practice and it just goes straight to an automated line, which does in fact say if you have an immediate concern to please text xyz number.... Once you text the number, ZERO response. This past week will be my last visit to this practice, as here I am at Walgreens and yet AGAIN they sent the wrong quantity on my script. If I pickup what Walgreens has ready, then I'll have to wait another month until I can get the correct quantity, as there is no modification after script is picked up by customer. So once again, I have to wait until they open, to call and hope they answer, simply to leave a message this Friday morning, and since they don't take appointments on Fridays, it won't get resolved until Monday at the earliest. Once again, going without my meds sheerly because of their awful practices and poor attention to detail. Once again, the quantity and med has NEVER once changed, yet they continue to screw up such a simple refill request. Absolutely AWFUL practice. Save yourself the headache and go to another practice. Avoid this practice at ALL costs. I tried for over 2 years to give them the benefit of the doubt, and still to this day, they continue to mess things up and waste soooo much of my time with the back and forth.... Yet they never fail to call instantly for your payment. Be AWARE!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Legall since she was recommended to me four to five years ago. She is someone that I can trust as a male having a female Doctor, and she is always upfront and honest. I was having a testosterone issue, as most men do when we age, and she was concerned about my wife not being satisfied! Her honesty and integrity are top notch, and I truly appreciate her staff, as most of them refer to me by my DJ name, DJ Mathematics! I used to live in Humble, but now reside in Rosharon where my commute is about an hour to her office. I'll continue to be her patient as long as I am in the Houston area!

As much as I'd like to post a positive experience with this doctor, I can't. Simple because I never met her. My wife and myself had a total of two appointments with her office. The first was with her NP and our second approximately three weeks later. We didn't get to see the NP due to the fact that we waited over an hour and a half and left. Here's my positive experience. The staff was very professional and efficient. They handled all paperwork and documents swiftly. The offices were clean and neatly organized. During the time we were there they went about their business of attending to patience smoothly. The problem as far as I'm concerned was my first actual visit should have been with Dr. Legall herself and not her NP. I'm kind of old school in my beliefs and feel you never get a second chance to make a first impression! More about that in a moment. The NP we saw appeared to be very knowledgeable, had great bedside manner and genuinely seemed concerned with our overall health. She checked vitals and other necessary items. She was slow however because during our examinations the nursing staff had to knock on the door to remind her of other patients waiting. My wife and myself original appointment was for 9-9:30. We were there approximately 15-20 minutes early because we wanted to make sure our medical records and other documents were received and processed properly. Now back to the NP. Again she was professional, courteous and thorough yet...Slow. We spent roughly 3 hours there for our first visit which was excessive but I could live with because of general health questions and history. So, first visit under our belts and out of the way. Our second visit is where my frustrations set in. Again, my wife and myself had appointments for 10-10:30 a.m. of which we arrived early. My wife's was at 10 and mine at 10:30. When I arrived my wife was already in the examination room and I had checked in and was sitting in the waiting room for me to be called back. I sat for 30 minutes when one of the nursing staff asked a question about my vitals at which time I informed that I hadn't been called back yet. She asked me then how did she get the vitals. I simply shrugged my shoulders because it was a mystery to me as well. At that time she ushered me to an examination room and checked my vitals told me the results of my bp and said she couldn't explain why my chart had that information written and she hadn't examined me. Again, I simply shrugged my shoulders. By this time are I'm 45 minutes past my original appointment time. Which made it 11:15 a.m. In the meantime, I get a text from my wife asking if I was in the examination room. I responded affirmative. She told me that she was sitting there and the NP had not been in to see her. Therefore, her wait time was an hour and 15 minutes. She said if they weren't there in 15 minutes she was leaving. We agreed that we felt that was sufficient time. Well at 11;30 a.m. We both felt we had waisted enough time waiting. We told the staff we were leaving. They were quite apologetic however, the damage was already done. Now, my summary...I can't in good faith recommend this practice to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although again the staff was very efficient and professional. I'm not giving ANY physician a passing grade on absenteeism, nor a NP who seems to move at her own pace with no regard for other patience or the staff...PERIOD!!!!!! My time just like hers is very valuable. My wife and myself are both senior citizens and retired. We usually have other places or appointments we schedule during our time out. So, April 25, 2022 from 10 a.m.-11:30 was an hour and a half we won't get back. I hope for business sake they can get their act together. In their current state the practice can't and won't last!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
