Ive jumped over hoop after hoop and this doctor is still not doing it. The office manager is saying oh it's our protocol it's our licensing all that crap. It's been less than 2 months and he just won't do it. I don't know what kind of sicko thrill these people get out of this. And she's just standing there blandly saying I'm sorry you feel that way . Im sorry that you're doing this to me I'm not trying to take your job away you're trying to take mine away. I can bet money right now that I will not pass the exam today. They'll find some minutiae.
The doctor is holding my career hostage because of his prejudice. Even after my primary care physician said I was ok.
Update: I called and left a message. Haven't heard back. No one there cares about the patients.
Another update: they did the minimum. The person here who asked me to call, said it was nothing personal. Which, at the time, when I explained to the doctor my problem, he shrugged. Nothing personal (to them) that they are causing me harm.

"The doctor was great, but I had to wait nearly more than 1hr 40 mnts past my appointment time. There was no communication from the staff about the delay, which was frustrating and they need to improve their scheduling process."
I hope this feedback helps the practice improve its patient experience. I felt my time was not valued."

After checking in for my reservation, I have never had to wait long to be seen. Total experience took an hour. From making the reservation, filling out the online form, getting seen and prescribed medicine, excellent. Staff was very nice and doctor was great. This location is always my top choice when I need to visit someplace same day and quick!

Retired paramedic here telling you don't waste your time. Wait till Monday when you can see a real Dr. that isn't afraid of using common sense. Daughter is home from college and got giardia prior. Symptomsdidnt show until she got home. We're almost 100% sure it's giardia because.... wait for it..... she's in college and others had it before she left. She needs to catch a flight back tomorrow so we sent her to this Scam Station to get some meds. Did they prescribe any. No they need a stool sample because it could be Salmanella or food poisoning???? So what if it is. Treat the most likely symptoms the giardia if that's not it oh well. I realize this is not standard protacall but I also have common sense and understand they just want to charge for stool samples, probiotics and an additional office visit. Thanks for wasting our time and money Care Now Wylie. FYI. We had a tela-med call with our insurance provider, explained the situation and now we're on our way to the pharmacy to pick up some metronidazole.

UPDATE: Called and complained. They let me come in a second time with no copay and to see a different doctor. Second visit went much better.
Don't waste your time! Didn't feel like I was listened to at all. Ignored my symptoms. Gave me steroids and cough meds and sent me on my way. Called within 24 hours to see if they would call in antibiotics because I wasn't getting any better. In fact, I got a little worse, and was told that it would be another visit. They probably should have prescribed antibiotics yesterday if they had listened to what I was telling them. Go and see your real primary care doctor.
