The care is always top notch. This is our go-to. Forget going to the ER, my husband and I both have had much better and smarter care with Premier ER. My one complaint is their waiting room furniture is ridiculous. It's too low, no arms, and extremely uncomfortable especially for old folks like us. We just get wheelchairs to sit in.
Came in with my daughter already knowing that she had a uti and was just needing the antibiotics ordered. We walked in checked in and were sitting down at 7:20 pm and did not leave until 10:30. Waited over 3 hours for a 30 minute max urine lab. Pretty sure they forgot about us in the room. Already know this review will just get the same automated generated response as all the others of we strive to provide high quality....etc but the truth is they don't. Can't wait to see how they decide to bill.
Went in yesterday with an extremely bad sinus headache. I've been dealing with sinus issues for months but kept getting precipitations for the same treatment that just wasn't knocking it out. Went in at 7am yesterday and by the grace of God I got to see Dr. Jill Beatty. She listens, she cares, she looked at my history, discussed other issues at hand (cluster headaches) and came up with a new plan of attack for pain relief and to clear the infection. She even gave me referrals for ENT's. By Monday afternoon my headache disappeared and I got the best sleep I've had in months. I'd hug her if I see her again. She's a blessing to me and to Premiere, thank you Dr. Beatty
today was my first day coming here but ill never go anywhere else after this ! everyone here is sooo sweet and happy , not like a usual doctors office at all where everyone is miserable lol , this was the quickest and nicest experience ive ever had at a doctors office , and these people actually listen and understand what is wrong with you they dont just check you out for a few seconds then send you on home , i love this place if i could give 100 stars i would . Shane , Noel , and i believe her name was brittany were all sooo super sweet ive never had any doctors be this kind before , so amazing !
We went in to get treatment for a cut on my daughter's chin. They told me when I went in the initial charge was $500 to be paid up front and I would be given an estimate for anything that $500 didn't already cover. They did have me sign something concerning this but at no time was I told a price. After the stitches were in my daughter's chin, I was told that I would get a bill for any remaining charges. I just got a bill today for an extra $1250, totaling $1750 for 8 stitches. I am disgusted at this abuse and gauging of the innocent public. so gross.
