Expect to be in the waiting room for 3-6 hours . He books appointments and has his nurses bring patients back then send them back to waiting room to wait . He works at United Regional and is typically hours late to his job at the clinic. Even if there's only a few people in the waiting room you will still be waiting because he isn't even there yet. Once you get back he is pretty thorough in what he does , just doesn't care enough to not make u waste ur whole day .
I took my husband to the er on July 26,2024 at 1:30am and by 2:00am. Doctor Kong had him in the Cathy lab putting a balloon in his main valve on the left side of his heart. He told us my husband was living miracle from God cause he could have die before he got to the hospital that day. There isn't much words that a person could say to another person that keeps your love one alive so they can have bypass surgery on July 29,2024. He is the best in my eyes.
Dr. Kong is the best. Yes sometimes you have to wait. Just Bring a book. He believes in seeing his patients. Not a PA. My heart is worth it, so I don't mind waiting.
Dr Kong consistently over books his appointments. My 83 year older mother had an appointment for 4pm and didn't leave his office until 8:30pm and then had to drive home 52 miles away. He is very inconsiderate of others time and doesn't take into consideration the safety of his patients. We will be finding a different doctor that will be more considerate of our time. Shame on you for being so selfish and inconsiderate. If there was a negative star that's what he would get.
Dr. Kong is a great doctor when you get to see him. He over books, had a 11am appointment did leave the office until almost 6pm. You wait for ever in the waiting room. Then when they do call you, you are put in a room to wait even more. Ridiculous stop over booking!
