After I took my wife to the clinic because of her severe back pain, a nurse practitioner she saw said she would call in a prescription to the pharmacy. After waiting a couple of hours, I called and they had not received the prescription. I called to talk to someone and got the usual "due to high call volume..." message so I left a message. Later I called and got the answering service, who could only send an email to the nurse. This clinic puts on a front that they care, but their actions are cruel and unprofessional. If I hear from them with a good reason for leaving us uninformed, I will post an update.
