Just wanted to share my awesome experience with Dr. Ben! He's incredibly compassionate and really takes the time to explain everything clearly - no confusing medical jargon! Seriously, he's so patient and never makes you feel rushed. I got all my tests scheduled super easily, and his whole team is just lovely. What's even more amazing is that he actually remembered me and even remembered treating my mom (she passed away a few years ago). The whole appointment was quick and efficient - less than an hour, and hardly any waiting! I highly recommend him!

My first appointment was with the physician assistant, ( adote her ) and my second was with Dr. Ben. Meeting him was a great experience; I felt really at ease with him. He took his time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed. The staff accompanied him, and he greeted me with a handshake both when he arrived and when he left. He spoke confidently while educating me about my heart health, which made me feel reassured. I'm truly glad I chose him as my cardiologist. Thank you for your kindness and for showcasing how great a doctor you are! your confident shows in your actions and in your words and that gives me so much confidence in you in treating me. Thank you. P.S. absolutely great staff from the office straight to the PAs up to the doctor

My husband was seen by Dr. Ben and we are not happy with the care we received. Dr. Ben told my husband his cardiac work up was negative however did not offer any explanation as to why my husband continued to have the same symptoms he presented to the office with. Thankfully, my husband sought a second opinion and was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. The process to obtain records from this clinic seems unnecessarily ridiculous. We still never got my husband's echo and on the patient portal its showing the provider hasn't seen the echo so we cannot access it. His current cardiologist has been trying to get the echo from Dr. Ben and has been unsuccessful. Now my husband has to pay for another echo. Please avoid this office. The NP we saw initially was very nice and seemed concerned about my husband's symptoms however Dr. Ben brushed us off as if nothing was wrong. Edit on 7/3/2025 I have sent the requested information.

Excellent cardiologist! Dr. "Ben" discusses one's test results thoroughly in lay-men/women's terms. Also, he has his team of NPs and assistants come in as well. They write things down (I.e. follow up dates, new medications and how to take them, etc.) for the patient. My husband was with me and he is Dr. Ben's patient too. Steve had a concern about an upcoming procedure. Dr. Ben and the staff answered his questions and resolved the issues my husband had. We would highly recommended him.

My doctors visit was great. The problem I've experienced my blood pressure medication was changed because it was high and not seemed to be working. While setting up appointments and giving me instructions on how to take my blood pressure meds they were not sent in. This was Friday Aug 23,2025 Today is the 25th and Walgreens still don't have anything from the doctors office . That should've been sent in ASAP.. This is not acceptable
