Dr. Nadir M. Ali, MD

I have been a new patient at this office and have nothing but great things to say. Firstly, there is almost zero wait time every time I come. The nurses and staff are incredibly friendly, always willing to work with my schedule. Janna is the kindest NP I've ever met!! Dr. Ali is also incredibly knowledgeable and was able to come to my follow up appointment and provide his evaluation. Overall a really great, clean, welcoming office.

I met with this doctor a year and a half ago. Mainly because my wife watched his YouTube videos. He seems to spend more time on YouTube than he does with his patience. I spent five hours today trying to call his office leaving numerous messages, no one would answer the phone or return my message. I would not recommend this doctor for any reason whatsoever. He does not even have an own call doctor and their phone always seem to be broken is the excuse I've been given by his staff when they finally do decided to answer the phone. I'm in the process of finding a new cardiologist, once we finally met the doctor. He came across as very arrogant and cocky. That's all I can say in order to keep this a decent conversation. My next attempt is going to be to try to get copies of my entire file of results that they have done on me to give to the new cardiologist. And then I am going to report him to Blue Cross Blue Shield and hope they will remove him from their network.

I have been a patient of Dr Ali since 1996 and I'm very satisfied with his work and his staff: I have had multiple procedures done throughout the past years and have had excellent results.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Unprofessional staff! EVERY SINGLE VISIT. From personal experience, the receptionist is curt and rude. I witnessed her display the same behavior with two others checking in after me. One patient checking in went as far as to call her out causing a feud at the check in counter. If you actually see Dr. Ali, he shows no interest in your care other than to get you into his nutrition program. I had questions. But rather than talk with me he told his PT to give me brochures. He showed ZERO interest in personally communicating with me. That is the only time I actually saw or spoke with him in several years. Follow-ups and other visits for any issue is directed to his staff. Due to his lack of interest, the cardiologist should change careers (Cardiology to Nutrition). And yes, I met with the office manager. She admitted there were issues and complaints from others. She told me she thought she had addressed them. Needless to say, NOTHING changed.

Awesome office staff. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Ali. He is thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make me feel understood and comfortable. Highly recommend him. His physician assistants are also great. Definitely 5 star.
