Heart Center of North Texas

I was referred here by my primary. There are many great doctors here, but Dr Mohammed is not one of them. I am young, 31 to be exact. The first visit, the dr took 6 minutes to talk with me then said we will do a stress and bubble test - great. Go to schedule - he wanted this months out. Mind you I have been having symptoms that are alarming. So I go to the manager, and this is corrected. The office staff outside of the dr has been amazing I will say! Fast forward - test was abnormal. Today I had a TEE to see the extent, and the nurse told me after the procedure that the dr came in, did the procedure, and left without a word ALL IN FIVE MINUTES. After, he told me I am perfectly fine and go back to primary. Again, I have had alarming symptoms and I am only 31. He told me, a patient who also struggles with unexplained weight loss and a history of heart problems, to go gain weight and see my primary. Not only am I back to square one, but I also paid a lump sum just for the dr to take a total of five minutes and not listen to me at all whatsoever. Will be looking at another dr. This dr is only here for the money and will not listen to the patient.

Disappointing and frustrating. I typically visit the Fort Worth location but drove to Weatherford for earlier scheduling. The waiting area desperately needed cleaning and the office folks were not very friendly and were super concerned with payment over patient care. The tech handling my heart monitor told me it was "not the best monitor" but it was "all your insurance will cover." I mean, excuse me for driving a hour each way and disturbing your day to deal with my low-rent heart condition. I will visit the Fort Worth location exclusively in the future.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE people!! They cut you off when your talking. They claim you can NOT make payment plans when I KNOW they can!! Do not go here! My advice and advice of many MANY locals, Weatherford health care offices have gone down hill they have RUDE and crude employees GO TO DECATUR. Decatur medical staff is so kind and caring and unbelievably helpful. Anywhere you go for medical help in Decatur. We changed and will NOT see Weatherford doctors or nurses ever again. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this facility or any other Weatherford Medical assistance. Go to Decatur and you will thank yourself.

Very disappointed in this office. I am a patient but will be going somewhere else. I have heart failure as well as other major heart issues. They called last week to reschedule my appointment and asked me to call, which I did several times. I left messages at least 4 times on the phone and on their website. Still nothing from anyone. Heart patients do not this kind of treatment

from the beginning it was a disaster. never the same Dr. too many tests with no definite information. Dr's do not explain anything before or after. Very vague about the procedure and no communication on after care. Not willing to listen. To many lies from the front desk personnel. not happy about anything they tried to accomplish and not willing to take any responsibility for their actions.
