Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital - Waxahachie

This is a beautiful new hospital. The staff was great. They were very attentive and made sure my husband was comfortable throughout his stay. I was kept updated by text throughout the procedure, when surgery started and ended, and how he was doing in recovery.

The staff at Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular treated me with the utmost professionalism, politeness, and friendliness while I was there. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and timely. The staff made me feel like I was their only patient, answering all my questions in terms that I could understand, and allowing me all the time I needed to feel right about the way I was being treated. I can highly recommend Baylor Scott & White to anyone with medical issues who want the very best.

My family member had a heart cath yesterday and everything was so awesome. The facility was beautiful. Every staff member was kind and compassionate, especially Enrique. The fresh ground starbucks coffee is an extra nice touch too!

It was a pretty good experience the nurses were good about giving care and Infomation . They let you know why they were there what they were giving you so overall it was grade A for me.Thank you.

Staff could not have been any better. Excellent bedside manner. So friendly cheerful when I had my little episode. Everybody was Johnny-on-the-spot, couldn't I mean I had 6 people in there. They were wonderful, wonderful wonderful but when they moved me over to the I you unit. The nightmares was fantastic but the gamers. I need to listen in bedside manner. Especially protocol about giving medicine. Hands me. My pills with her fingers instead of putting them in a cup just was not very bad side manner savvy, but my experience in the vascular surgeon repclinic was awesome.
