On 9/10/2025 I had foot surgery I was in room 302 after my surgery. I like give all nurses that worked on the 3rd floor 10 stars. They were very professional and understanding at their job even do I was very cranky and try to take my frustrations out on them for that I'm very ashamed and sorry for my actions. They very understanding and professional.

I can't say enough for that stuff I was there in August. And I never had such great treatment. Do you have a fantastic staff and they should be rewarded for the way they treat their patients.

A truly outstanding experience at Citizens Medical Center - Third South! I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for the incredible team on the Third South floor at Citizens Medical Center. From the moment I arrived, every single nurse, doctor, and support staff member who had a part in my care made me feel genuinely welcome and truly cared for. The level of comfort care I received was exceptional. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and always went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and my needs were met. Their professionalism, combined with a warm and friendly demeanor, made a significant difference in my recovery. The doctors were thorough, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and expertise. It's evident that the entire team is dedicated to providing top-notch medical care. Furthermore, I was incredibly impressed by the cleanliness of my room and the entire facility. It's clear that high standards of hygiene are maintained, which contributes greatly to a sense of safety and well-being. To every single person on Third South - thank you. Your dedication, kindness, and professionalism created a truly positive and supportive environment during my stay. One of the most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered in my life! It breaks my heart to say that about the hospital but these nurses don't care about their patients. Was literally rushed out and treated as if I did not matter because it was her shift change. Please take it from me if you want bedside minors and compassion do not go here!!!!!!

Did you know that Citizens Medical Center has a very nice cafeteria? It must be the best kept secret. It's run by Unidine. The prices are more than reasonable. Where else can you go to have a full meal for $10? I've eaten there a couple of times and they are very good.
