Everyone was friendly and efficient. Dr. Ragbir didn't make me wait. I've had high bp for months and he didn't seem concerned with this. I told him I had a chart, he didn't ask to see it. Over the past 2 months of keeping a chart it would get as high as 192/110. They just went with that days reading, which the assistant first got ~130/92 which I knew wasn't right. She took it again and it was much higher then. He added another bp med and I go back in a month. I don't mind seeing him if I even need a cardiologist. With specialist co-pays going up after the first of the year I'm hoping I can go back to my PCP instead. No complaints, maybe I was just over concerned about my BP and shouldn't be.

Excellent! Went to Dr. Ragbir's with my mom. Everyone was courteous and professional. Dr. Ragbir's took the time to listen to my mom and took the time to explain the process and testing. He answered all her questions and she felt very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Not very welcoming front staff. Been there twice same reception, need training...A medical front desk assistant should greet a patient with a warm smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting like "Hello," "Good morning," or "Welcome". It's helpful to then ask how you can assist them or who they are there to see, and to give them your full, undivided attention.

Dr. Ragbir is entirely professional, yet manages to retain a down to earth, assuring bedside manner. He calmed my nervous anxiety and made a difficult situation much less stressful. Thank you, Dr. Ragbir!

Just love this Doctor. He always gives me full attention. He listens to me and how I know my body and how I feel. Olivia is also very good and ask questions on how I'm feeling.
