Treated our father amazingly and everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice. I got lost (in a panic) trying to find my way to his room and the valet and multiple other staff members on the floors were quick to ask me if I needed guidance and helped point me where I needed to go. Not a single negative experience at this hospital.
Treated my father horrible. They put him in the heart wing and gave him a cardiologist who did a procedure on his lungs that made him worse, AND made treatment by pulmonologist (lung specialist) extremely difficult. Lots of other choices, go there not to these hacks.
Some of the Nurses were amazing with being so sweet and helpful, but the other half of the staff had this very dismissive and slightly rude attitude.
Very nice place with super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people here. Don't ever want to go back but if we have to, this is the place.
