I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional medical care I received from RN Dylan Thrasher. From the moment he began assisting me, his professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were evident. RN Thrasher took the time to thoroughly assess my concerns, explain each step of my care, and ensure that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His calm demeanor and genuine concern made a significant difference in my experience. He demonstrated outstanding clinical knowledge, responded promptly to my needs, and provided care that went above and beyond what I expected. It is clear that RN Thrasher is dedicated to his patients and takes pride in delivering high-quality healthcare. I am truly grateful for his kindness, skill, and commitment. RN Dylan Thrasher is an exceptional nurse, and his level of care deserves to be recognized and commended.

I was very pleased with my care during my week stay. All the staff were very pleasant, professional and caring. My doctors were very good and had excellent bedside manners. This was my first hospital stay in over 27 years, and my first in Tyler. I recommend Christus Mother Frances 10/10. Thank you for my great experience and for your high standard of care.

I would like to take the time to give the upmost respect for my care takers that provided services to me during my stay on 5 Ornelas wing after surgery. Ms Amy and Ms Daisy gave be the best care and hospitality I've received during my stay. I think they need to be recognized for the outstanding job they provide and care for their patience's they give beyond their duties. Again thanks to each of you for making my stay so comfortable.

My Dad had a heart procedure at the location in Tyler. He couldn't stop talking about how wonderful all the staff are. I too agree with him. The most caring people in every phase of his stay and procedure. I highly recommend Christus Hospital and physicians for all your medical needs!

Being in the hospital can't usually be called fun but the Drs, nursing & tech staff were so very awesome! Questions answered almost immediately, research on meds I could tolerate was first class, no waiting forever when help was requested. Just can't say enough good about my experience with Christus Hospital. Thank you for a truly Christian service.
