Any one listening to Patient
In may my wife had a heart attack and two stents were placed. When we went back to Dr Njoku for follow up we talked to Dr about her other health issues, where she goes to MDAnderson in Houston for an esophagus dilation every 6-8 weeks. Advised him they would want her off blood thinner for 5-7 days which he advised he wanted her to stay on it at least 30 days after stent placement and start back as soon as procedure was done. Had procedure and everything went well. nov 3 she had another stent placed and was on blood thinner for over 30 days and now will not clear her to be off for the procedure and MDAnderson will now will not proceed with procedure that she's been getting for last 7 years in order for her to eat and drink. I don't know what changed but this isn't going to work. I guess it's the dr's way or no way. Forget the patient's rights and care and listening to patient. Every Dr we see understand her needs to continue with her care at MDAnderson but not this one

He does not deserve 5 stars. He walked in and didn't even know why I was at his office I explained to him I had a heart echocardiogram then he went got my results came back in the room told me nothing was wrong with me. I thought he was very rude and short with me as if he didn't have time for me. I am going to get me a second opinion because I am hurting and very sick with which I feel like is because of my heart condition tachycardia he didn't even offer me no medicine for it. No bed side manner and short with me. I will never go back to him again. There's a reason I'm very sick and there's a reason I'm having chest pain a lot and can't breathe half the time.

I saw him for a transesophageal after a hole was found in my heart, barely met him, then I had a follow up at his office I sat for 2 hours in the waiting room for him to give me less than 5 minutes of his time, he doesn't even know why i was there, I was never told the results I don't even know where to find them they should be in my chart but they aren't, he wouldn't listen to my concerns and rushed me out. I will never go to him again or refer anyone to him.

We were referred to him by Dr Goulden (as Dr Goulden will soon be retiring), for a heart cath. From the moment we met him we really liked him, he explains everything & answers any question we may have. Super friendly.. saw us waiting in waiting room, waved as he walked by and asked how we were doing.
