I was extremely pleased and impressed with the level of service, professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of the entire staff. From check-in to discharge, everything was handled superbly.
My care team--including the anesthesiologist, nurses, and surgeon--was outstanding. Each person I encountered was attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to providing excellent care.
The whole team deserves a big round of applause. Thank you all for your hard work, commitment, and the exceptional care you provided. Keep up the great work.

My mammogram was a Great experience from the time I checked in to when I had my test done to when I exited. This is a good place to have medical test done. The reception area is very comfortable & the PA that checks you in is so kind. My tech was very good at making me comfortable & she was very nice. I Love the bag we got to take home that had my clothes & personal belongings in while testing. I will be back next year.

When I arrived at St. Luke's The Woodlands emergency room at 10:00 a.m. recently, I went dreading an all day ordeal and probably being admitted. It was a Saturday. I was checked in before my daughter could park the car, about 150 yards from the door and join me. We were called immediately and placed in an evaluation room. Within an hour, we had been moved to a room, seen the Doctor, had blood drawn and I was on the way to get a CT Scan. Everyone we came into contact with was kind, gentle and communicative. I would like to acknowledge Dr. Ojha, Judy, the nurse, Alizza, the technician and Joe the charge nurse. They were all fabulous and very nice to me and my daughter. We were home, in Magnolia, by 12:45 p.m.

I had my son Oliver by C-section on November 14th, and we are truly grateful for all the staff who were on duty during our stay. We especially want to recognize nurses Sarah and Angie, who were absolute angels--always kind, gentle, and incredibly helpful. Jessie and Christine were also very kind. I would love to remember everyone's name.
One of the nurses mentioned that there had been a total of 13 C-sections that same day, meaning the hospital was very busy, yet the care we received was still exceptional. Every member of the team was professional, respectful, and genuinely caring.
We 100% recommend this hospital for maternal and newborn care. Thank you for making this experience so safe and special for our family.

My mother went there for a CT scan and they try to charge her $900 even though she has Medicare and Medicaid. We waited an hour for someone to figure out why she has such high copay even though her insurance plan clearly stated she is coverage protected and provider cannot charge her copay or coinsurance. After an hour of waiting they said we have to pay before the scan, so we left. We went to the Methodist and everything was good. She doesn't have to pay anything.
