Everyone was pleasantly doing their job and they made it very easy on me. Dr. Shannon was very straightforward and kind as usual.
Took the time and was patient explaining everything to me. When waiting for results, as soon as the staff was notified of my wait, within minutes I received a call from Dr. Shum herself letting me know of my results.
Dr Kelly Shum was the doctor on duty when I had AFib one year ago. I appreciated her bed side manner and the time she took to explain what was going on. She told me to follow up with a cardiologist two weeks after I left the hospital and I asked her if she could be my cardiologist! I'm very pleased to say that she agreed and is still my cardiologist. My AFib happened a year later and once again her bedside manner and good explanations put me at ease once again. I have recommended Dr Shum to my neighbors and others. My neighbors are now her patients!
I cannot CANNOT Get in touch with Kelly Shum office It is next to impossible to call to talk to her office in huntsville texas The last time I tried to reach that office my call went to the woodlands office I waited on the phone for 10 minutes only to be told I was number 11 in line and it would be a 30 minute wait to talk with someone 40 minutes is to long of a wait just to change an appointment
