The PA in this office is awful and incompetent! She's rude, dismissive, and a liar. My close family member had a CAT scan done and the results were concerning enough that the consulting doctor called immediately with the results of a Pulmonary Embolism and Aortic Aneurysm. For days he has waited for Dr Vaidya to contact him and tell him how to proceed because a Pulmonary embolism is a medical emergency. Nothing. He called each day and was given the run around by the gate keeper. FINALLY Katherine, the PA, calls at EOD today and informs him they need to set an appointment to go over the results of his scan. He explains that he knows the results and just needs to know what he should do (go to hospital or not). She refused to give him a direct answer, complained about the nature of the scan and who ordered it, and completely disregarded his questions. It was a simple yes or no question and she wouldn't answer. It doesn't matter who ordered the scan, a Pulmonary embolism was found in the process and that is for a CARDIOLOGIST to address. Not the incompetent, lying, dismissive PA.
