Gary M Coleman, MD F.A.C.C. was born in Wichita Falls, Texas. After graduating from Rice University in 1980, Dr Coleman received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 1984. He completed an Internal Medicine internship, residency, and fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of Texas-Houston Health Science Center and affiliated teaching hospitals, including Hermann Hospital and St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. Dr Coleman has been working in The Woodlands and North Houston area since 1990.

This practice has not answered our calls with concerns about our mother. The phone rings incesantly and noone answers or the call does not get directed to voice mail. This is a sensitive matter that needs to be addressed now and the doctor is nowhere to be found!
I have been a patient of Dr. Coleman for more than fifteen years. I am very pleased with every experience I have had. He is very thorough, answers any and all questions I may have, and explains test results in a way that I clearly understand. I have no intention of leaving his practice and refer family and friends without reservation. I love my cardiologist!
We chose this doctor on a recommendation of another Dr. The office visit was unpleasant. Dr Coleman was condescending and not pleased as he did not have my family member's records from his previous Cardiologist. I and my family member answered as many questions as we could. My family member passed away less than two weeks later after a syncopal episode caused a fall. I ask that any patient or family member that feels uncomfortable or unheard please speak up.
I have been using Gary Coleman MD since 1993. I would recommend him and the hole practice to everyone. They are great.
Dr. Coleman has been my Cardiologist for about 10 years. He is very thorough, concerned, professional, asks questions and has a great bedside manner. Appointment scheduling, check in and check out are easy. Dr Coleman almost always runs on schedule. I believe, only once, did he have an emergency, where my appointment was delayed, but I was kept informed. The front office receptionists are courteous, friendly and professional. Dr. Coleman's nurse and PA are very friendly, take your history and ensure Dr. Coleman is ready, as soon as he enters the room. I highly recommend Dr. Coleman and his staff.
